About

I was an operations executive for 25+ years in the industries of hospitality, sales, manufacturing, and construction before launching into the world of leadership recruiting and career transition support. I led from positions that included Hotel Manager, National Wholesale Manager, VP of Manufacturing, and Chief Operating Officer.

A well-read student of professional human behavior, I enjoyed the responsibilities of building and leading teams for so many years. Success requires a well-designed set of goals shared throughout a corporation, an intentional company culture, a structured org chart with specific KPIs, and consistent coaching that is both empathetic and inspiring.
